Initial Site Measurements

We schedule a site visit by our specialized engineers to take preliminary measurements of all structural openings in coordination with you.

After that, the sales consultant provides recommendations, shares models and detailed drawings, then sends the specifications to the studies and pricing department to prepare the quotation as soon as possible.

Contract Phase

Once the quotation is ready, our sales consultant reviews all specifications and drawings with you, then we sign the contract, which includes scope of work, execution time, payment schedule, delivery dates, and warranty. You receive a copy of the contract.

Final Measurements

After approvals and signing the contract, our measurement engineers revisit the site to record final dimensions, then we prepare the manufacturing and delivery timeline accordingly.

Product Preparation

Dana Doors packages products using protective film to avoid any scratches or damage, ensuring they arrive at your site in perfect condition.

After-Sales Service

We offer scheduled maintenance and ongoing technical support for all our products, and we stay in touch after delivery to guarantee your complete satisfaction.
