5. Orders and Payment
• All orders are subject to our acceptance • Prices are subject to change without prior notice • Payment is required according to the terms agreed in the contract • We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason • All prices are in Saudi Riyal unless otherwise stated • If installation is delayed beyond the contractually agreed schedule by more than 6 months, an additional price increase will be applied to the client • Pre-contract pricing is valid for one month, and pricing will be reviewed again afterward
6. Warranty and Guarantees
We provide warranty on our products according to the warranty terms specified in the contract. Warranty covers manufacturing and material defects only, and does not cover damages resulting from: • Improper use • Negligence or poor maintenance • Natural disasters • Unauthorized modifications
7. Installation and Setup
• We provide installation and setup services according to the agreed schedule • The customer is responsible for providing full access to the installation site • Any delays on the customer's part may affect the schedule and costs • The site must be ready before installation begins
8. Cancellation and Returns
• Orders can be cancelled before manufacturing begins with cancellation fees that may apply • After manufacturing begins, orders cannot be cancelled except with our written approval • Custom products are not returnable except in case of manufacturing defects • All return requests are subject to our review and approval
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law: • We are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages • Our liability is limited to the value of the product or service provided • We are not liable for delays resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control
10. Force Majeure
We will not be liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, wars, strikes, and changes in laws.
11. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
